the acceptance. When did the communication of the proposal and acceptance
complete? (10 marks)
Question 2 (Chapter : Law of Contract)
Pak Mail would like to give one of this houses, located in
Sungai Buloh to his daughter, Milah for her 25th birthday. As Millah
will not be paying any amount of money to Pak Mail, He is worried that the
transfer will not be acceptable under section 26 of th contract Act 1950.

May who is 15 years old girl would like to enter into a
legal contract with her 21 year old friend, June. Consider whether May and June
have the legal capacity to make a contract or not by highlighting the relevant
provisions in contract Act 1950 and decided eases. Would your answer be
different if either May was mentally disordered person?
